It likely explains why some Yankees highlights were included in recent hype videos the Cardinals posted on social media. Yankees fans couldn't believe it when they saw it.

The Cardinals have a massive ticket sales push happening this weekend called "Red Friday" and one of the deals is tickets for Yankees games:

A highlight video was posted to the team’s Twitter account on Wednesday, which included all clips of Cardinals players doing something notable, with one outlier: Luke Voit, in Yankee pinstripes, smacking an opposite-field home run during a game against the Twins.

Voit, a St. Louis native, once played for the Cardinals before being traded to the Yankees in 2018. The video was deleted shortly after, so it was chalked up to a mistake. But then a new video with a highlight of a DJ LeMahieu home run was in its place and Yankees fans were left puzzled.
