ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis City SC' second season in the MLS has been tough challenge compared to the club's inaugural season, with the club going through a rough patch to begin the year, only in four out of five matches the club has played this season and only getting one win in the first five matchweek, compared to last year where the team won it first five games to begin the season.

St. Louis City SC Bradley Carnell join Chris Rongey on KMOX's Total Information A.M. Monday for his weekly interview to discuss the game, which marked their third consecutive draw and discussed the apology that he made postgame following the draw with D.C. United.

"I'm sorry (City SC) only got to see one team play," said Carnell.

Carnell says he felt the need to apologize to City SC fans because he felt the fans deserved to watch a more entertaining style of soccer due to the money and commitment they are giving to watch the club.

"I know what it means for a City SC fan to take their family out to a game whether it's Cardinals, Blues or here at CITYPARK, it's expensive," said Carnell. "It can be a full days experience."

Carnell says he feels the players are aware of the disappointment as he is at the moment.

"The players feel it. You could see (Joshua) Yaro, Roman Bürki, Klauss on the front end, our coaching staff just trying to ignite the game, trying to get the rhythm we love, and being so successful with," said Carnell.

City SC will look to get a result Saturday when they travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, to take on Real Salt Lake for the second time already this season. Real Salt Lake and City SC drew 1-1 in the opening match of City SC's season at CITYPARK.
