ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis City SC has released their 2024 away kit Friday morning dubbed the 'Confluence Kit'.
City SC says in the away kit is a nod to the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers colliding in St. Louis with the kit "a tribute to pushing our city forward, blending different passions and cultures to make waves all across St. Louis."
The jersey is made out of 100% recycled materials, highlighted with a 'Our City' patch on the necktape.
"The confluence of the two great rivers is so important to St. Louis' history and how the region has been shaped by the many cultures of the people who have lived here," said CITY SC's President & GM Diego Gigliani in a press release. "Just as St. Louis was established near the meeting of the rivers, CITYPARK was built to be a meeting place for our community every matchday. We can't wait to see our players and our fans in these kits, supporting our club and celebrating the vibrancy of our CITY."
The Confluence Kit is available to purchase starting Friday exclusively at CITY SC's team store, CITY Pavilion on 2118 Market Street. The kits will also be available to buy at the free, open-to-the-public 2024 Season Kickoff Event happening Saturday, Feb. 17 from 1-3pm at The Armory.
