Holland Constrution and Pier Property Group say they've started work on a 266-unit complex on Wildhorse Lake Blvd., part of a master-planned district with a dog park, walking paths, offices, and stores, including an anticipated grocery within walking distance.

"This will be another exciting multi-family development coming to the St. Louis area and the Chesterfield community," Holland project executive Rob Ruehl said in a statement.

The $65 million project is expected to be done in October, 2023.

The two companies have been focused recently on meeting demand in the city. Their Steelcote Lofts project in Midtown near Saint Louis University and Cortex is expected to open later this spring. Another in the same area, called The Edwin, comes soon after and has a Target store on the ground floor.
