ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Remote working has become more prevalent in recent years and with that has become the ever-growing issue of Hush Trips.
Hush Trips are a growing phenomenon where employees log in remotely from anywhere in the world, like from a tropical island or a tourist spot like Hawaii and do enough work to make it seem like they are working normally all the while not needing to use any PTO days or inform their bosses they are working remotely from somewhere other than home.
It is a growing phenomenon especially among Generation Z employees.
Megan Lynch talks with Stacie Haller Chief Career Advisor with Resume Builder about the issue and the results here.
