St. Louis, MO (KMOX) - You could wake up to a "wintry mix" on Saturday morning.

Listen to AccuWeather's Joe Lundberg on Winter Weather

"It starts out as snow, and then as we go past about 8 or 9 o'clock in the morning, I suspect the snow and sleet mix will start to mix with rain." AccuWeather Meteorologist Joe Lundberg says St. Louis city and south will likely see 1 to 3 inches of accumulation, while areas to the northeast of St. Louis could see more snow -- as much as 3 to 6 inches of accumulation.

A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at midnight tonight (Friday). Lundberg says roads could be treacherous the first part of the day until temperatures rise above freezing.
