ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - An arrest's been made and charges filed for a July 10th shooting death in the Mark Twain neighborhood.
St. Louis Police say 47-year-old Kevin Jackson's charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action for the killing of 24-year-old Montez Heart of Hillsdale.
No suspected motive has been announced.
Police say a 51-year-old male associate of Jackson's may also be charged.
