A spokesperson for the Boston based real estate company The Goldman Group has confirmed to KMOX they have closed on the purchase of the long-empty AT&T building.
The spokesperson confirms they have purchased the building for $3.55 million.
The AT&T Building is just over 1.4 million square feet, meaning the property was sold for approximately $2.54 per square foot for the building.
In a statement, the spokesperson said the Goldman Group looks, "forward to sharing our exciting and comprehensive plans with the community in the near future."
