We empower individuals for social and economic growth through relationship and opportunity. With relationship in hand, we have made a strategic set of programs available to the people we serve. These programs work together to address critical stages in the cycle of poverty. We walk alongside people as they work their way through our programs, empowering entire families to break the cycle of poverty.
EACH1, Beyond School and Beyond Charity work in tandem to fight poverty across a lifetime.Empowerment allows individuals to grow and care for the people who depend on them. EACH1 is a community health hub that gives people access to necessary resources and services to address needs beyond employment. Through EACH1 people are connected with a Success Coach to help them set and achieve goals towards self-sufficiency.
A quality education is a foundation for life and a platform for ending cycles of poverty. Beyond School is an expanded learning opportunity that teaches youth the social, emotional and academic tools they need to be successful in high school and beyond. We work with school administrators, teachers and volunteers to provide individualized academic support.
Education and employment go a long way toward providing opportunity to people in our city, but other needs still exist. Programs like Home Repair and Affordable Christmas provide individuals with services and resources that make homes and communities safer.
