ST. PETERS, MO (KMOX) - Schnuck Markets has issued a recall of fresh ground beef purchased over the midday at its Mid Rivers store.
The grocery chain says fresh ground beef purchased on Sunday, Sept. 11, between 10:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. could contain metal shavings. The store is at Mid Rivers store located
Affected products include:
73% Ground Beef
80/20 Ground Beef
93/7 Fine Ground Beef
80/20 Chuck Ground Beef
90/10 Fine Ground Sirloin
In a release, Schnucks says customers who purchased the above products with a sell-by date of Sept. 12, 2022 should return the products to the store for a full refund or exchange.
The company says there are no reported illnesses or injuries.
