SAINT LOUIS, MO (KMOX) - The body of a man was found in an abandoned warehouse just north of Downtown mid-morning Thursday. The warehouse is at the corner of Mullanphy and Hadley.
Pastor Ray Redlick of the New Life Center made the discovery while doing a routine check of empty buildings for homeless people. "He was lying on his back. He was wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and his face was emotionless. He had his arm up above his head."
Redlick says he called 911 right away. Redlick says the man looked to be in his 50's and had no visible sign of any injury. He adds that a homeless man nearby told him he knew the victim and suspects a drug overdose.
