ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Carolyn Kindle receives the St. Louis Award for leadership of the St. Louis CITY SC organization.
This was the 93rd presentation of the award since its establishment in 1931.
Kindle became the first female CEO of an MLS Club. She oversees all operation and business aspects of the team.
Kindle joins a notable list of St. Louisans, such as Doctor William Danforth, Joe Edwards, Emily Rauh Pulitzer, Andy Taylor, and Reverend Starsky Wilson.
The most recent recipient was Tom Stillman back in 2019. Kindle's award is for 2023, but presented now because of the pandemic.
