ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The Missouri House passed a bill to return the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department to the state.
The bill still has to pass the Missouri Senate.
If passed, Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe will appoint four board members to oversee the police department.
