Patrick Hamacher is an attorney, currently working at NGK Law in St. Louis and previously worked in the Circuit Attorney's Office. Patrick also ran against Kim Gardner in the open primary in 2016.
Despite losing the election for Circuit Attorney, Hamacher stayed to work under Kim Gardner. Hamacher decided to leave the Circuit Attorney's Office after believing that there was no clear path ahead under Gardner.
"It was abundantly clear, early on and it continued to get worse and worse," he said on KMOX's The Show. "Ms. Gardner lacks the leadership, vision, the experience and the organization to carry that office forward."
