After republican Katherine Pinner dropped out of the race for St. Louis County Executive, it's time for the County to choose a new candidate.
The Republican Central Committee is expected to meet Monday night to pick Pinner's replacement. Pinner was a surprise winner who beat out Shamed Dogan in the August primary.
According to committee chair Rene Artman, four men have put their names forward for the positions, but she won't name them until tonight.
Whomever the committee picks will have to gear up quikcly for a November election against incumbent County Executive Sam Page.
