Cori Bush is back. She's announced her campaign for the 1st congressional district, the seat she lost in the last primary to Wesley Bell.
Bush says it isn't about politics as usual and we can't afford to operate as such...that the 1st district needs a leader who doesn't just navigate a broken system, but works to build a better one. Bush says families are being squeezed by rising costs, government abandonment and anti-democratic attacks from Donald Trump and his billionaire allies.
This would set up another primary challenge in August of 2026.
