The Butler Brothers Warehouse, built in 1906, undergoes it's first-ever renovation. It's now called The Victor: 380+ apartments with some street-level retail space. It has an entire amenities floor, rooftop pool and pickleball plus golf simulator, movie room, dog spa and more.
