In a victory for former Governor Eric Greitens' ex-wife Sheena Greitens, the custody trial of their children has been moved to Texas.
The Missouri Independent reports a Boone County judge granted Sheena Greitens' request to move the custody hearing last Friday.
Sheena Greitens filed the motion in July of last year asking for the dispute to be moved to Texas, where she lives now. Eric and Sheena Greitens' divorce was granted in Boone County in 2020, which was where Sheena Greitens lived at the time.
Eric Greitens was apparently opposed to moving the dispute to Texas, and sought ot have his sons live with him in Missouri.
In March, Sheena Greitens accused her ex-husband of physically and emotionally abusing her as well as their sons.
