Bannon was indicted last year for failing to provide information to the House January 6 Committee. He was served with subpoenas and did not comply.

Bannon, who plead not guilty to the charges, has his sentencing set for October 21 of this year. He could face a minimum of 30 days in jail. CNN reports that the jury reached a unanimous verdict in less than three hours after a two day-long hearing.

Bannon was the White House Chief Strategist under President Trump. He has not commented on the verdict yet.
