According to a probable cause statement, on Friday May 10th, 53-year-old Frank Banks of St. Louis was pulled over and issued a number of citations.
Hours later, police responded to a call for trespassing at a liquor store where they found Banks once again. Banks proceeded to threaten to kill the responding officers and their family members.
On Saturday, Banks called the Pagedal police department multiple times, threatening to shoot up the department. Multiple employees were inside the building at the time the threats were made.
On Monday, Banks showed up to the Pagedale police station and has been arrested. Banks is charged with two counts of making a terrorist threat and is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.
KMOX has contacted the Pagedale Police Department for further information and is awaiting their reply.
