MADISON, IL (KMOX) - The Major Case Squad is asking for the public's help following the shooting death of a 16 year boy from East St. Louis Saturday afternoon. i
The squad was activated Saturday afternoon after the Madison Police found the deceased victim in the middle of the intersection at Washington Avenue and Wayne Lanter Avenue.
Twelve detectives are working the case and have pursued 48 leads, which they say have provided valuable information.
