Three years ago a quadruple shooting left two brothers dead and two others injured at the Cherokee Street Cinco de Mayo Festival.
Now, the mother of 44-year-old Rayon Caffey and 34-year-old Eric Taylor is suing the Cherokee Street Development League.
Her complaint says the event lacked enough security to intervene when her sons died.

Organizers canceled this year's Cherokee Street Cinco de Mayo Festival in April citing rising costs and safety concerns.
