GERMANTOWN, IL (KMOX) A magnitude 2-point-8 earthquake just north northeast of Germantown in Illinois Thursday evening.
According to the U-S Geological Survey the quake was along the New Madrid Seismic zone.
The earthquake hit at 6:55 p-m, at a depth of around 14-point-7 miles. There are no reports of injuries or damage. But the U-S-G-S want people to report what they experienced.
