ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - One of the biggest challenges in recent years for people in North St. Louis County has been so many grocery stores closing leaving food deserts in large swaths of that region, along with other challenges as well.
A Red Circle is a non-profit founded in 2017 dedicated to advancement of racial equity in North County, and create economic and community betterment solutions.
The non-profit started out as small has now expanded to four locations and now have all kinds of programs covering the arts, education, health and financial wellness.
Erica Williams, Founder and Executive Director of A Red Circle joined Tom Ackerman and Debbie Monterrey on Total Information Tuesday to talk about the foundation, the community garden and more.
