ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - 34-year Amarnath Ghosh died after being shot several times at Delmar and Clarendon late last month.
Glenn Bailey is facing First Degree Murder, and Armed Criminal Action charges.
The probable cause statement alleges Bailey was caught on video driving along a jogging path Ghosh was on. When Ghosh jogged into the intersection, Bailey and two other suspects allegedly shot him.
Ghosh was a rising dance star and was working on his master's degree in the Performing Arts Department of Washington University
