ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A 25-year old St. Louis man is facing sexual misconduct and trespassing charges after allegedly approaching a minor walking to school Wednesday morning.
Christopher Martin is accused of approaching the minor, near her bus stop at Fleta Street and Seth Avenue, dropping his trousers, exposing himself and asking the victim to perform oral sex on him. The victim ran home and her mother called police.
Before police arrived, Martin went to the 7800 block of Fleta where he went inside of a home. That victim ordered him out of the house. He then allegedly went to another driveway, where he lowered his pants and masturbated in plain view.
Police say Martin made admissions and had an active sexual misconduct warrant out of St. Louis City. He's being held on a 350-thousand dollar cash only bond.
