ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Earlier this month Jorge Villegasespino is charged Statutory Sodomy 2nd Degree, and Incest.
Maplewood Police say Villegasespino was painting a home, Saturday, in the 7400 block of Flora Avenue in Maplewood, with his stepdaughter. Police say he began touching her above and beneath her clothing. He then pulled down her pants and put his mouth on her genitals for approximately two minutes.
St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell said in a release “I am so proud of this young victim for coming forth immediately and reporting this abuse." “There is nothing more offensive and demanding of justice than sex crimes against children.”
Prosecutors have not said how old the victim is, but say not old enough to give consent
Villegasespino is being held on a $100,000 cash only bond.
