ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) - Charges have been filed against a 15-year-old for robbing, raping and kidnapping a woman at gunpoint in St. Louis County last year.
Charged were filed against Antoine Dillon of north St. Louis County on Tuesday in St. Louis County Circuit Court, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He's facing first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree robbery, first-degree sodomy and four counts of armed criminal action.
Court documents says around 11 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2020 a woman was entering her home in St. Louis County when Dillon pointed a gun at her, forced his way into her home and raped her. He then forced the woman, who is in her 30s, to drive to her bank, withdraw $500 for him and then drive somewhere else and perform oral sex on him, according to the Post-Dispatch.
Dillon was wearing a monitoring ankle bracelet at the time, police say, which shows he was at the locations described by the victim.
Dillon said had consensual sex with the woman, according to the court documents.
He is being held on a $200,000 bond.
