After a year of treatment in 2016, Myers' breast cancer went into remission, "then in 2018 my cancer came back in my lungs. Stage 4. Since then we've tried to control it. Luckily they caught it really early, so the spots were small. But they continue to grow. The medicine is just to slow the progression of the disease because there's no cure." Myers told listeners, "I have come to the decision that I need to focus 100% of my energy on my health and spending as much time with my kids as I can."

Myers shared on air Friday morning, that as far as treatments go, she's running out of options.
