Each week, Total Information AM weekend host Scott Jagow is "Roaming St. Louis." The latest stop is Civil Life, a popular brewery in the Tower Grove South neighborhood.

Like many area businesses, Civil Life partially closed during the pandemic. But the taproom stayed closed for two years, and during those hundreds of days, Civil Life owner Jake Hafner and his partners formed bold plans to expand on the other side of COVID.

Scott sat down with Jake upstairs at Civil Life to talk about that strategy, to learn about beer philosophies and to hear stories of stolen giraffes and living the "Civil Life." Listen below and enjoy photos from Scott's visit.
