ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Many St. Louis-area grocery stores will be closing early on Thursday due to the major snow storm hitting the area today.
All St. Louis Metro Dierbergs locations will close at 5:30 p.m. today and plan to reopen at 6 a.m. Friday.
Schnucks announced all of it's stores in the St. Louis Metro – in both Missouri and Illinois – will close at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday and will reopen with normal hours on Friday.
Schnucks says they "will continue to evaluate conditions and make any further updates to our operating hours as needed."
The multiple winter storm systems hitting St. Louis are expected to dump at total 8-10 inches of snow by this evening.
