Archbishop Mitchell Rozanski of the St. Louis Archdiocese said Friday he's accepted recommendations for closing a pair of elementary schools. They are Little Flower n Richmond Heights and St. Roch in the city. Rozanski cited low enrollments and lack of staffing as reasons for the decisions.
The Archdiocese said it will provide help to both families and faculty wishing to be placed in another Catholic elementary School.
There could be more school closures coming. Those announcements would be made before the start of the 2024 school year.
