ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A St. Louis-area man is set to plead guilty for his actions during the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. He'll join more than 50 others who have pleaded guilty to felony or misdemeanor charges since that day.

Nicholas Burton Reimler, 29, is charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and entry into a restricted building or grounds. He's scheduled to plead guilty on Friday, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
According to court documents, Reimler was wearing a white “TRUMP” flag as a cape when he entered the Capitol with other rioters. He posted pictures on Snapchat from the "Crypt" area of the Capitol and captioned them with "TOP OF THE US CAPITOL DOME” and “Lol what’s going on.”
His previous posts and comments on social media include a repost of former President Donald Trump's statement: "JANUARY SIXTH, SEE YOU IN DC!" Reimler also has posts critical of Joe Biden and Democrats.
He most recently lived in University City, but is from Jefferson County, according to the Post-Dispatch. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Although just over 50 have pleaded guilty to charges stemming from their action on Jan. 6 at the U.S. Capitol, more than 600 have been arrested – including at least 185 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, officials say.
