SAINT LOUIS, MO (KMOX) - St. Louis City Homicide detectives issue a plea for help in an unsolved murder, that dozens of people potentially witnessed.
23-year-old Travon Richie was shot at Amberg Park on Keokuk April 8th, 2019.
Investigators say there were as many as 50 people at the park at the time. A statement from the department says: "To have nearly 50 people around on the day this happened, and no one has come forward, is heartbreaking. We need witnesses. We need people to speak up."
