After 13 years working for a company as a national sales trainer, Maggie Mundwiller says she was laid off during the pandemic. Finally, in June she got an opportunity with an in-person interview with a company. But she couldn't find anyone to watch her son, Mylo.

The company told her they are child-friendly, so she brought him to the interview. The viral video shows Mylo in a seersucker suit, washing his stroller, and even bringing his own resume with him.

"It was completely non-traditional, as you might imagine," she says. "He ate the owner's pickle!"

She says she ended up declining the position because it was "not the right fit" for her, but she's since accepted a position as a consultant.

"But it led to a great conversation world wide about the childcare crisis," Mundwiller says.

It got the attention of Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who shared her video. Mundwiller said she's been invited to Washington, D.C. to share her experience and advocate for solving the child care crisis in the U.S. in front of a large group of people.
