St. Louis Metro Police asking for help to find endangered woman

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding an endangered woman who has been reported missing since Dec. 17.

Daja Lucas, 26, was reportedly last seen on the morning of New Year’s Eve along Gravois Road in Affton, Missouri. Lucas was initially reported missing on Dec. 17.

The department says in their initial update on Dec. 17 that Lucas suffers from mental health issues and was only wearing a gown and socks when she left her home in the 3700 block of Texas.

The department believes Lucas won’t provide her real name if encountered.

She also has a tattoo on her right bicep of the name “Timothy” and a tattoo on her chest with the name “Mike.”

The department says in it's most recent update they conducted searches all along Gravois Road to no avail at this time, and they also have been working with other jurisdictions that encompass portions of Gravois Road.

The department asks businesses or residents, to please call 911 without delay if/when they see Lucas.
