The Council voted 4 to 3 against opening the report on the Acting Health Director.

Councilman Tim Fitch wants to see it and askes the media or public to take action.

"Make your Sunshine request for this report and if they don't give it to you (then) someone needs to sue St. Louis County," Fitch said.

Councilman Ernie Trakas cast the deciding vote against. He says, in his legal opinion, the Council could not open the report since they did not originate it.
