Police say they interrupted the potential for a significant street takeover, Saturday night, in the Wilmore Park area of St. Louis.
Nine adults were arrested and four juveniles were taken to the reunification center for their parents to be cited.
Police say they seized nine cars and two guns.
Investigators say they uncovered a plot for violent acts against officers and cash rewards offered for people who could block responding police units.
