Investigators say there was no evidence of trauma or drug use, and an autopsy will determine the cause of death.

Holbrook was charged this month with raping a 14-year-old Bernard Middle School student. Holbrook faced three count of second-degree statuatory rape and six counts of second-degree statuatory sodomy.

County police reported at the time of Holbrook's arrest that since he was a substitute at multiple schools, he may have had other victims, though that has not been confirmed.
