A woman captured footage of a masked teen boy in a clown costume creeping up to her porch on her Ring camera Monday night. Now police have the boy in custody.
You can see the teenager, dressed in a black and red clown costume with his face covered, whispering something to the camera before sneaking towards the garage and out of view.
At 10pm, about an hour after the ring footage, East St. Louis Police responded to the area of 76th and State Street to a body found. The teenager was quickly identified and taken into custody.
The Illinois State Police Department is asking anyone else who may have additional video footage of the teenager are asked to make it available to them. No further details about the victim or the matter they were killed has been provided.
