According to FBI Supervisory Special Agent Joe Weston, the unidentified assailant was heard yelling about his hate for white people and saying he was going to hurt the victim before he attacked him.

"[The suspect] attacked the victim, a white male, with a concrete brick. Hit him in the head, knocked him unconscious and then fled the scene."

Weston says a witness captured footage of the man as he was walking away.

"We had a bystander who thankfully had decided to record the suspect walking away after the attack took place."

The FBI is offering a ten thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. He's described as a black man between the ages of 20 and 40, weighing around 150lbs and between 5'5" and 5'10".
