ST. PETERS (KMOX) - An 18-year old St. Peters teen and a juvenile are in custody in connection with a homicide from Monday evening.
Pierce Jackson is charged with killing 23-year old Coleman Dalton of O'Fallon Missouri. Police say the Jackson and Dalton were acquaintances and the killing happened following an altercation.
The juvenile for turned over to family court for charges and will remain in custody.
Jackson is charged with Murder Second, Armed Criminal Action, and tampering with evidence. He's being held on a 100-thousand-dollar cash only bond.
