MAPLEWOOD, MO (KMOX) - Maplewood Police say they arrested a Richmond Heights man responsible for at least two incidents when he stole Israeli flags from outside a home.
39-year old Matthew Pisoni is charged with two counts of stealing and one count of harassment.
Maplewood Police are investigating two other incidents at that same home.
These incidents are being treated as anti-Semitic.
