For millions of Americans, Bob Edwards was their radio voice in the morning from 1979 to 2004. Bob interviewed some 20,000 newsmakers and celebrities and brought listeners the most important stories of their lives. Scott explains how his life intersected with Bob's in several ways.
He also celebrates the career of still-living St. Louis radio voice Joy Christensen, also known as Joy Grdnic, or "Joy in the Morning" on KSHE in the 1970s. Her radio career also spanned decades and making people laugh was her forte. Listen below.
