Cocktails are definitely having their moment, in St. Louis and elsewhere. Tim Wiggins knows this better than many. He was fascinated with the cocktail revival that began on New York's lower east side and spent his honeymoon visiting many of those bars.
Today, he is the co-owner of Yellowbelly, Retreat Gastropub and Lazy Tiger. The former Sauce Magazine bartender of the year also formed Bangers Only, a consulting firm that helps other bars and restaurants develop their cocktail menus and/or signature drinks.
