WILDWOOD, MO (KMOX) - Two people are dead in what investigators suspect is a murder-suicide in Wildwood.
Detectives were called to a bar on Manchester Road about 11:30 Tuesday night.
What police say they know so far is that two men were involved in a fight in the parking lot of Larry's Tavern. They believe one shot the other, then turned the gun on himself.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
The names and ages have not been released. St. Louis County Police say the investigation is still "very active" at this time.
On Facebook Wednesday afternoon, Larry's Tavern posted this on behalf of the tavern and staff: "We want to give our biggest condolences to the families affected by this tragedy. We are all still a little shocked. The loads of love we have all received from the community has been overwhelming. The texts and calls are coming in faster than we can respond. Please pray for the families and staff and respect everyone's privacy as we navigate this very tragic incident."
