Fatal Accident

ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-The two men killed in separate St. Louis motorcycle accidents Saturday have been identified.

Police say 34-year-old Joseph Mulenex of Affton died when he lost control of his bike as it sped around the curve on Forest Park Parkway at Union and hit a light standard in the median wall.  Investigators say the bike traveled 756 feet after the collision before falling onto its side.

Thirty-two-year-old Barry Light of Pevely was the man whose body was found under I-64 at 16th street at about 5:45 Saturday morning, after his bike was found on I-64 at 11th street some three hours earlier.

Police, EMT and Fire personnell searched for Light after finding his motorcycle, but couldn't find him. His family was able to track his cell phone and found him on a parking lot, under the highway.
