34-year-old Timothy White and 29-year-old Adam Andrews are accused of calling a victim, to tell her the father of her child had been murdered.

Investigators say Andrews gave a false name and badge number.   The pair asked to meet with the victim to discuss the case.

St. Louis County Police say they were called to respond to the victim, who was experiencing extreme distress.

White and Andrews are being held on 50-thousand-dollars bond.
