ST. LOUIS- Michael Kelley and John Hancock of 'Hancock and Kelley' joined Total Information A.M. to discuss the first Republican Debate. They discuss the winners and losers of the debate. They also discussed Trump's mughshot

Hancock said that Vivek Ramaswaney were a big winner from the debate, along with Nikki Haley.

"I think (Vivek) did himself some good," said Hancock, "Ramaswaney went way up on his favorable ratings, but also tripled his unfavorable. However Ramaswaney (support) is going to grow"

Kelley was more bullish of Ramaswaney, with him hoping he doesn't make the cut for the next debate.

"I would hope we lose Ramaswaney but this is the GOP," said Kelley.

Hancock says that he believes there's a chance Ramaswaney could surpass Florida Gov. Ron Desantis in the polls.

"(Ramaswaney) approach to the debate is obviously appealing to alot of Republican voters, it's very similar in substance and style to Trump," said Hancock.

Kelley had DeSantis and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson as a loser of the debate with Kelley believing that DeSantis needs to find some way to move up in the polls.

"At some point of another, he going to have to make a move up," said Kelley, Running to stand still not a winning scenario."
