ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis Cardinals announced early Tuesday afternoon that their evening matchup against rivals Kansas City Royals has been postponed due to rain that is in the St. Louis-area Tuesday.
The club says that Tuesday's postponed game will be made up as a doubleheader on Wednesday, with game one set for 12:45 pm and gates will open at 11:45 am.
Game two will start at 6:45 pm, with gates set to open at 5:15 pm.
The Cardinals say tickets for Tuesday's postponed game is valid and can be used for game one of Wednesday's doubleheader. Paid tickets holders will also receive a voucher that is redeemable for a future Monday to Thursday game in 2024.
